Whipped cream

I hated whipping cream with my "quick shaker" but now I do it the simple way with my electric beater.

Ingredients:

125ml fresh pouring cream
1,5 tbsp sugar

Method:

Place sugar and cream in a meium bowl. Beat with electric mixer for 3 - 5 minutes until stiff.

Serve with scones or anything else and enjoy!
